About the role:

We are looking for an experienced Luxury Travel Agent to join our passionate online Disney Community and provide our visitors with luxury travel booking services. We have over 1 million daily visitors and a 500k+ email list!

Our plan is to build a long-term relationship with an experienced travel agent who has an expertise in Disney travel. We are looking for someone who can provide our audience with the luxurious travel experiences they desire.

The role will begin as part-time but has the potential to grow into a full-time position. Also, we need someone who can work in or overlap with the US time zone.

Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients to determine their individual needs and preferences when it comes to luxury travel
• Use your expertise to research, recommend, and book the most suitable Disney travel options for clients
• Develop a deep understanding of the Disney travel industry and keep abreast of new trends, developments, and services
• Stay in contact with clients throughout the entire duration of their Disney trip to ensure they have the best possible experience
• Ensure that all necessary travel documents and paperwork are completed in a timely manner
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and ensure all their queries are answered promptly
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and business partners to ensure clients get the best possible Disney travel deal
• Develop and manage a database of clients to ensure repeat business
• Analyze client feedback and use it to improve the quality of services offered
• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote the luxury travel services provided

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working as a Luxury Travel Agent or on some similar position
• Expert knowledge of the Disney brand and the Disney experience
• Experience in planning and executing custom travel itineraries
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
• A passion for travel, hospitality, and customer service
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively and efficiently
• High-level of creativity and attention to detail
