Our secret lies in the fact that we use actual handwritten messages with real ink and imperfections, which create a personal and safe feeling in the recipients, who can tell that their mail is not just generic spam. We also found that envelopes with intentional design peak the interest of recipients, and handwritten envelope address labels make them feel even more valued.

About the role:


We are looking to hire a motivated English speaking Customer Service Representative who is positive, empathetic, and has a professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Someone who is proactive and ensures customer satisfaction, providing professional customer support and order processing by email, chat amp; phone.

This is a big opportunity to market new services to our clients, so we are looking for the right person to build a long-term relationship with.

This is a Full-Time Remote position. You can be anywhere in the world!


Responsibilities (but are not limited to):

  • Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  • Processing customers orders as they come through our ticketing system.
  • Resolving customer conflict or complaints in an amicable manner.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a Customer Support role
  • Fluent English speaking and writing skills
  • Experience with email, chat amp; phone support
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills along with active listening
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
