Responsibilities...
This analyst will troubleshoot issues and support clients across industries with their NetSuite environment leveraging leading business and development practices. In addition to diagnosing challenges and documenting processes, the team member will utilize their experience to design, develop, test, and implement solutions using the NetSuite platform and other best practice tools.
You will:
- Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements
- Own and develop relationships with partners, working with them to optimize and enhance our integrations
- Help design, document, and maintain system processes
- Effectively maintain and build working relationships with coworkers and client
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional team members and client
- Ensure complete documentation for delivery of service
- Document, examine, and understand client business processes
- Assist clients in documenting NetSuite challenges, use cases, and desired outcomes
- Advise on how to leverage out-of-the-box NetSuite solutions, as well as when to customize
- Accept responsibility for delivering customer solutions
- Provides general customer service and assistance to clients on functional and technical inquiries
- Work on configuration changes to fields, workflows, roles/permissions, page layouts, custom objects, custom record types, reports, dashboards and more
- Accept direction and mentoring from leadership team
Requirements
- 3+ years of demonstrated expertise in NetSuite system with familiarity in many, if not all NetSuite business areas, including but not limited to; Advanced Manufacturing, AdvancedRevenue Recognition, Design to Build, Lead to Order, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report, Sales Automation, and Saved Search and Financial Reporting
- Experience documenting business needs and formulating solutions understanding the end-user perspective
- Strong knowledge in one or more disciplines such as sales automation, service amp; support, design, manufacturing, and accounting processes
- High level of self-confidence and stability under pressure
- Independent work style with the ability to collaborate to find solutions and leverage other experiences
- SuiteFoundation or other NetSuite certification preferred
