We are looking for a compensation analyst who can provide support in the implementation of compensation processes (structure, organization charts, job descriptions, maintenance of job evaluation and grading) according to the priority established, with a focus on simplicity and automation (integration with HCM), in order to ensure the maintenance and monitoring of compensation processes in the area.
Provide support in the management of internal salary equity through the analysis of compensation per position, generating and evaluating proposals for change or identification of alerts or retention and attraction of talent.
Review and ensure that the salary management documentation is up to date, according to the definition of the area.
Manage the salary related risk database; in order to track related actions, analyze risk treatment patterns, ensure compliance with risk policies and generate new proposals for the process.Review and ensure that salary management documentation is up to date, according to the area's definition.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience seeing compensation
-Industrial engineering, accountant, administration, business management, finance, etc.
- Advanced office automation
-Intermediate English
- Consulting experience desirable
Previous knowledge
- To have performed job evaluation under the methodology used in your company (mandatory) (factors and points methodologies).
- Have analyzed and elaborated policies, procedures and manuals on compensation and benefits (desirable).
- Have seen budgeting or Headcount management control issues.
