This position will be in charge of the whole process of payment and recording of media costs for diverse countries of the Region.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage the entire cycle of Accounts Payable; from receipt and register of POs and Invoices, to ensure payments are correctly released.- Process end to end: Purchase Orders flow; coordinating with Head of Departments to obtain the necessary approvals,- Collaborate with suppliers and assist their querrys as needed,- Register Invoices into our ERP Accounting system (AX),- Prepare weekly batches of bank transfers and checks,- Prepare weekly reports of payments to suppliers and bank reconciliations,- Tracking and Processing of Travel Expense Reports,- Ensure compliance with procedures and Accounts Payable policies,- Provide support during Audits,- Provide internal support to other Departments and Management team.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Studying Business Administration//Accounting//Economics,- Experience dealing with Suppliers, in similar positions,- Experience in Bank Reconciliations and Intercompany Operations is a plus,- Microsoft Dynamics ERP Knowlodge also will be considered,- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal relationships is required.
