We are looking for an Administrative amp; Finance Manager for our office in Cordoba, Argentina to look after the office management activities and financial to streamline operations worldwide of PPRO Group, a regulated (FCA and CSSF) international payment service provider focusing on Local Payment Methods worldwide with locations covering the Americas, Europe and Asia.
The main responsibility for the Administrative amp; Finance Manage is to achieve efficiency in the short, medium and long term of all financial activities of the company, including accounting, budgetary control, cash flow, credit and collection, management information systems, financing, banking operations, investments, risk management, taxation and audits. Also organize and coordinate office administration and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency and safety and you make sure everything in the Cordoba office is running smoothly.What will you be doing:

- Control and administration:
- Defines financial policy, monitors its implementation, interprets divergences and reports to company management
- Advises company management on short-term forecasts and formulates proposals on the medium-term strategy
- Supervises accounting and the establishment of company and consolidated accountsManages cash flow (outstanding accounts, debits, financing), investments and relations with banks
- Supervises monitoring of management control: planning, budget, reportingImplements performance indicators and advises operational managers
- Administration:
- Ensuring office operations and procedures are organized, correspondences are controlled, supply requisitions are reviewed and approved and that clerical functions are properly assigned and monitored
- Defines and improves administrative and accounts control management procedures
- Ensures administrative management of insurance and litigation
- Finance
- Identify new metrics to drive business performance relative to strategic priorities while minimizing risk
- Drive value within the business through margin enhancement, lowering costs and driving operational efficiencies
- Execute accurate reporting, enabling yourself to analyze options and make financial recommendations
- Provide insight into business performance against competitor and industry trends
- Manage relationships with bankers, auditors, and tax authorities
- Comply with federal, state, and local financial requirements by studying existing and new legislation, and maintaining compliance
- Minimum 5+ years experience including top tier management consulting
- MBA and additional languages an advantage
- Able to operate at both strategic and tactical level and work independently
- Global outlook and exceptional cross-cultural skills
