CLIENT amp; PROJECT Our client is a seed-stage startup currently working in stealth mode on their mission to empower developers to be true guardians of customer data and enable developers to secure their APIs amp; Microservices.Our client makes it easy for developers to adopt security protocols into their CI/CD pipelines, and deliver secure applications. With this, developers can ensure customer data is always accessed (via APIs) in a secure and authorized environment. They are looking for an experienced frontend engineer to lead efforts to design, architect, and build their solution.RESPONSIBILITIES
Design, build, test, and deploy the UI
Work closely with platform engineers to define the APIs needed for the Saas UI
Work closely with our design team to design the best user experience for customers
Experiment, prototype, measure, and make UX-driven technology decisions
Be very UX-oriented, paying close attention to detail
Orchestrate multiple moving parts including, microservices architecture, deploying services in containers, and continuous integration amp; continuous deployment processes
Take charge of critical customer-facing building blocks
Help improve engineering standards, tooling, and process
Have 4+ years of experience as a frontend developer
Have strong hands-on programming experience in Typescript
Have strong experience with React
Expert knowledge of CSS, CSS extension languages (Less, Sass), and CSS preprocessortools
Expert knowledge of HTML5 and its best practices
Proficiency with Git version control
A deep sense of appreciation for test-driven methodology
It’s a plus if you have experience with: Python, GraphQL, Kubernetes, Prototyping tools like Figma
Competitive Salary - For Full-Time Argentine team members we offer a hybrid compensation model which pays in your preferred percentage of USD to ARS with the ability to opt for 100% dollars. Your salary is also indexed to the MEP dollar and will be adjusted for cost of living changes every three months. All other LATAM team members are paid in dollars as contractors.
