CLIENT amp; PROJECTOur client isan integrated media organization and recognized leader in global entertainment. The company consists of a portfolio of businesses that create and deliver original content 52 weeks a year to a global audience. Our client is committed to family-friendly entertainment on its television programming, pay-per-view, digital media, and publishing platforms. Their programming reaches more than 650 million homes worldwide in 25 languages.The project team you’ll be joining is working on a "voice of the consumer" feedback product, which is a FE and Integration layer to a social media integration product. You will work on creating a unified voice of the consumer front-end to all of their apps and systems. RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Take high level requirements to work with the team to define the scope phases of development.
  • Work with Product Owners to understand requirements and long term direction, developers, and architects on the team to estimate the work.
  • Collaborate actively and effectively with other functions partners and senior management to accomplish objectives.
PROFILE
  • BA/BS or advanced degree in a relevant field preferred and/or demonstrated comparable experience
  • Technical background to read/write in UML (or similar) and different technical specifications
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in digital software development
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to talk to and present to a range of audiences, sometimes acting as a translator between parties
  • Knowledge of Agile and SDLC concepts, practices, and techniquesExperience working with distributed teams and clients
  • Problem solving skills with an eye for detail and accuracy
  • Ability to receive feedback and positively make improvementsExperience in media projects is a nice to have

Competitive Salary - For Full-Time Argentine team members we offer a hybrid compensation model which pays in your preferred percentage of USD to ARS with the ability to opt for 100% dollars. Your salary is also indexed to the MEP dollar and will be adjusted for cost of living changes every three months. All other LATAM team members are paid in dollars as contractors.
