Job Description

Spark Digital is a fast-growing company that seeks to connect talented people with opportunities to grow their careers. The right candidates for this role will be able to:
  • Manage the recruiting process end-to-end
  • Work with stakeholders to execute a recruiting and hiring strategy across disciplines
  • Act as an internal and external-facing representative of Spark Digital and the Recruiting team
  • Lead and drive the sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluation, and offer negotiation process of a particular pod (we have 4 pods: Front-end, Back-end, US, and Services which includes UX, PM, and other non-technical roles)
  • Continuously work on ways to improve the recruiting process and candidate experience
  • Act as the subject matter expert on recruiting topics
  • Reporting amp; participation in client meetings
  • Focus on candidate amp; client experience
  • Keep our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) accurately updated at all times and ensure compliance across the team
  • Partner with external recruiting agencies, third-party vendors and with managed service providers
  • Partner with the Recruitment Marketing team to develop job postings, internet sourcing campaigns, social media content, and strategies to boost employee referrals
Requirements
  • +2years of experience in sourcing and recruiting candidates for the IT Industry
  • Knowledge of Boolean searches and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Stakeholder engagementamp; excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills
  • Fluent in Spanish and advanced in English
