- Analysis and elicitation of requirements with key stakeholders (internal amp; external), documentation and support of those requirements during the software development lifecycle
- Close cooperation with Product Owner, Project Managers, and Technical Writers for product scoping, planning, development, delivery amp; support
- Creation amp; management of technical requirements during the Software Development Lifecycle
- Cooperation with multiple development teams
- Presentation of suggested solutions to key stakeholders (internal amp; external)
- Participation in User Acceptance Testing
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years Business Analysis experience
- Excellent understanding of Salesforce
- Strong configuration knowledge
- Confident managing senior stakeholders
- Salesforce Certifications highly desirable
- Minimum of 2 years as a Salesforce administrator or Salesforce App Builder
- Minimum of 2 years experience implementing CRM solutions from start to finish, including the creation of business requirements and other formal documentation
- Master’s degree or equivalent (minimum 5 years) work experience
