Job Description

Protofire, an established startup accelerator, and crypto fund is looking for a Growth Hacking Recruiter with a strong desire to explore new domains and build engaging HR strategy to attract the best candidates in the DeFi/Blockchain market.

Full-time employment or Part-time/consulting services are to be considered.

About the role - What will you do?

  • Own the process of elaborating and testing new hiring hypothesis;
  • Conduct competitive analyses and present market research (of candidates, new hiring sources, donor companies, detect accurate selling points, etc.);
  • Identify accurate Blockchain industry trends and insights to boost the growth of relevant candidates’ pipeline;
  • Keep abreast with the latest tendencies and trends in Recruitment, Sourcing and HR Branding activities and align it with actual hiring strategies;
  • Break the mold of traditional recruitment thinking and go out of the box with different campaign ideas;
  • Test and optimize marketing tactics for employee acquisition (e.g. online advertising, direct mail, out of home, referral and conversion rate optimization, identify the bottlenecks and find workable solutions for reaching hiring goals;
  • Collaborate with channel-specific marketing or recruitment teammates to identify areas for growth;
  • Translate ideas to action items to deliver business results;
  • Generate segment, channel, and domain hypotheses, validating them from TOFU to BOFU with the help of necessary internal resources.

Requirements - What you need to know

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Recruiter, Business Development Specialist or other related positions
  • Deep interest/experience in DeFi, Blockchain markets
  • Advanced English level
  • Analytical skills
  • Ability to write engaging and clear cold emails to potential candidates
  • Multidisciplinary knowledge (at the intersection of recruitment knowledge and marketing)
