The Challenge
This is an internal position that will play a key role in the way we bring our brand to the world and would require both technical and interpersonal skills.
In this role, you would lead design projects developing and executing creative vision and exploration for our brand. As part of our marketing team, you will have the freedom to bring new ideas, explore your curiosity and think deeply about the challenge of building a memorable brand.

The Role
- Lead design projects throughout the entire process; from creative conception to production
- Craft appealing visuals and digital experiences for our different audiences
- Design for a wide range of projects while ensuring consistency of the Conexio brand across different channels, including our website, presentations, social media, events, etc.
- Actively contribute to the evolution of Conexio's brand
- Concept campaigns, evergreen communications, and launch announcements that support our goals.
- Champion innovative design, establish brand standards, evolve guidelines and the marketing design craft within your team, as well as the broader multi-disciplinary team.
- Help the marketing team grow and become more effective by pairing and collaborating with other designers, sharing insights, new tools, and best practices.
Requirements
- Proficiency in English language is a must.
- A strong portfolio showcasing brand experience across a range of mediums.
- Excellence in typography, color, layout, and composition.
- Skilled at form and image-making.
- Effectively communicate concepts and design rationale.
- Strong skills around critical thinking and storytelling.
- Embrace an iterative design process and be receptive to feedback.
- Able to work independently, drive multiple projects at a time, and iterate quickly.
- Foster strong working relationships with team members and cross-functional partners.
- Comfortable in your soft skills: listening, negotiating, and decision-making.
