We are part of Zenvia, the leading communications platform of Latin America!We are a fully remote company! We adapt all our processes to allow all our team members to work from their homes. We do have in-person activities during the year to develop our team relationship a few times a year (paid by the company).
What will a Onboarding Executive do?
- Lead the correct implementation and on-boarding of Sirena new accounts. You will guide your clients remotely in the implementation process through calls, video calls and smoke signals if necessary, transmitting a positive and professional image.
- Collaborate in the creation and development of documents and explanations that allow clients to resolve their doubts faster or improve their user experience.
- Lead the account initial set ups amp; configurations
- Perform all necessary testings to ensure everything works properly
Requirements
- At least 2 years proven experience as an Account Executive or Customer Success Executive.
- Bachelor degree (or soon to have) in careers such as Administration, Engineering, Marketing or alike.
- Team player and client oriented.
- Basic SQL knowledge. (excluding)
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Intermediate to advanced level of English.
- Intermediate to advances level of Spanish
- Good writing Portuguese skills.
- Full-time.
