We do have in-person activities during the year to develop our team relationship a few times a year (paid by the company).
What will a Customer Support do?
- Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
- Identifying customer needs and helping customers use specific features
- Analyzing and reporting product malfunctions
Requirements
- At least 2 years proven experience as a Customer Support Executive.
- Bachelor degree (or soon to have) in careers such as Administration, Engineering, Marketing or alike.
- Data-driven and client oriented.
- Basic SQL knowledge.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Intermediate to advanced level of English
- Intermediate level of Portuguese
- Proactivity and curiosity. We'd like you to be passionate about things working properly
