We are a fully remote company! We adapt all our processes to allow all our team members to work from their homes.

We do have in-person activities during the year to develop our team relationship a few times a year (paid by the company).

What will a Customer Support do?

• Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
• Identifying customer needs and helping customers use specific features
• Analyzing and reporting product malfunctions

Requirements

• At least 2 years proven experience as a Customer Support Executive.
• Bachelor degree (or soon to have) in careers such as Administration, Engineering, Marketing or alike.
• Data-driven and client oriented.
• Basic SQL knowledge.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Intermediate to advanced level of English
• Intermediate level of Portuguese
• Proactivity and curiosity. We'd like you to be passionate about things working properly
