Now, about the opportunity: In the Sales Operations Coordinator position, you'll take a direct role in the Lead qualifying process (research, identifying lead location for reassignment to Sales, and data quality), and Opportunity lifecycle management (data quality/enrichment and forecasting). This is a role where you’ll partner with S4 Sales team members with Salesforce and data management-related tasks and projects. Additionally, our ideal candidate is a fast and flexible go-getter who jumps on new opportunities.

In this role you will:

  • Partner with the OS4 team to work in a Salesforce case queue managing requests from the organization such as Account Creation requests, Account ownership changes, and navigation assistance.
  • Manage Salesforce user requests, system troubleshooting, and system escalations.
  • Perform monthly pipeline and Account audits to ensure Salesforce is the source of truth.
  • Monitor Opportunity lifecycle management by the S4 Sales org and identify gaps in data management.
  • Proactively ensure we capture the right Data in Salesforce Sales Cloud using InsideView (or other tools).
  • Maintain and update documentation on sales processes and relevant sales training materials.
  • Assess and learn new technology platforms for use by either the OS4 or S4 Sales org teams.

Requirements

  • You have a knack for working well with a wide range of people and teams.
  • You have 1+ year of hands-on Sales experience or experience supporting Sales teams.
  • You are interested in Sales Operations and CRM systems.
  • You have Salesforce Sales Cloud Experience and/or are eager to learn it.
  • You enjoy doing whatever it takes to execute on complex projects.
  • You have a process-oriented mindset and ability to execute.
  • You are detail-oriented and excel in analytics and problem-solving.
