Auth0 is seeking a Staff Accountant to support Accounts Receivable on our Finance Team. This role will perform a variety of AR and Accounting tasks under the direction of the Deal Desk Director. - Issue and send out customer invoices according to customer agreements.
- Apply customer payments to appropriate customer and general ledger accounts.
- Prepare and analyze management reporting including customer aging and other key collection metrics.
- Manage communications with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve problems and expedite collections.
- Help perform monthly closing procedures as it relates to the Finance team, including monthly reconciliations to support GL balances.
- Maintain files and documentation in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices under US GAAP.
- Assist other accounting team members to accomplish department goals and objectives.
- Assist with internal and external audit requests, as needed.

Attributes
- At least two years of relevant experience in this field.
- Strong computer skills and system aptitude.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong experience in full cycle Accounts Receivable activities.
- Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain a high level of initiative.
- Possess strong organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of business and fundamentals of accounting concepts.
- A sense of urgency, without sacrificing for accuracy and attention to detail.
- Multi-entity and foreign currency experience preferred.
- NetSuite amp; Salesforce experience preferred.
