What you’ll be doing

Role Overview

Responsibilities:

Provide L3+ technical support and live troubleshooting for enterprise/B2B customers.
Manage incidents, handle escalations and perform root cause analysis (RCA).
Troubleshoot distributed systems, Kubernetes clusters, containerized environments and networking (cloud & on-prem).
Operate and maintain CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Manage certificate lifecycle, encryption and key management.
Create and maintain knowledge base articles, runbooks and SOPs.

Environment / Tools:

AWS (required); GCP (preferred).
Kubernetes, Docker.
Terraform and/or Ansible (preferred).

What we’re looking for

Must-have:

5+ years experience in technical support / DevOps roles.
Hands-on Kubernetes (cluster internals, networking, namespaces, pod communication, troubleshooting).
Docker and containerized environments.
Advanced Linux system administration.
Practical AWS experience; GCP familiarity is a plus.
Networking concepts (cloud & on-prem).
Certificate lifecycle management, encryption, key management.
Troubleshooting distributed systems.
CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Scripting: Python and/or Bash.
Security fundamentals: authentication, authorization, encryption.
Experience in L3 (or higher) technical support, ticketing systems, and customer-facing troubleshooting.
English: Upper-Intermediate or higher.

Preferred:

Terraform and/or Ansible.
GCP experience.
Windows administration experience.
