Scope of the Role:
We seek a Sales Associate to join this construction permitting/licensing consulting firm. The Sales Associate's primary role is to manage and convert leads, deliver accurate project quotes, maintain customer satisfaction, and collaborate effectively within a team to achieve sales targets. We seek someone with strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage new and existing leads, focusing on warm to hot prospects across all markets.
- Prepare project quotes and effectively manage associated deadlines.
- Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings and generating estimates.
- Achieve assigned product sales quota to contribute to the company's growth.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings that align with company standards.
- Complete required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame.
- Provide clear and regular communication regarding lead progress to Sales Managers.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Sales Manager in an organized and efficient manner.
Requirements
- Strong written and oral communication skills (Must have)
- 2+ years of relevant experience in sales (Must have)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Prior construction permitting experience (Nice to have)
