We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager will be responsible for leading and managing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, and documenting all company SOPs. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills, as well as a proven track record of successfully managing projects in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
-Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
-Keep leadership updated on project status, address concerns, and gather feedback regularly.
-Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and comply with best practices.
-Manage changes to project scope, schedule, or objectives, adjusting plans accordingly.
-Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, reports, and meeting minutes.
-Cultivate positive relationships with leadership and other key individuals.
-Oversee project closure activities, obtain final approvals, deliver outcomes, and conduct post-project evaluations or reviews.
-Work closely with leadership to grasp and document existing processes and procedures.
-Craft clear, concise, and thorough standard operating procedures in written form.
-Ensure SOPs align with organizational standards and guidelines.
-Review and update existing SOPs to reflect process changes.
-Maintain a centralized repository for SOPs for easy access and version control.
-Regularly review and audit SOPs for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
-Continuously explore opportunities for process enhancement and efficiency within the organization.
Requirements
-Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent preferred.
-2 years of project management experience.
-Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
-Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects concurrently.
-Proficiency in project management software and tools.
-Ability to adhere to a deadline.
-Ability to make effective decisions.
-Time management skills.
-Demonstrated technical writing experience.
-Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a focus on detail and accuracy.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
-Effective communication skills with individuals at all organizational levels.
-Familiarity with document management systems and version control processes.
