Job Description
Role (Overview Of The Position):
You are not just a graphic designer or video editor, you are a creative thinker. You see ideas
vividly in your minds eye, are constantly finding new and innovative ways to represent your ideas
in digital format. You are able to take a simple concept and bring it to life using Adobe suite. You
have a basic understanding of marketing and understand that paid advertising is not about
creating visuals that just look pretty, instead, it is to create assets that GRAB attention, inspire
curiosity, provoke strong emotions in the reader, work well with ad copy and encourage
conversions.
Responsibilities of The Role:
Basic Understanding of Copywriting or Marketing - learn about direct response ads and
apply your knowledge to creating visual assets that engender conversions and sales for
the company, instead of focusing on just engagement and comments.
Creative Brainstorming - meet with the marketing team and think of new and novel ways
to position existing products, services and offers.
Creative Research - create documents around the idea brainstormed and refine it further
into a tangible concept that can be used to create visual assets for advertising
Graphic Design - take your own ideas and the ideas of the team, provided to you in the
form of ad copy, and then turn them into compelling image visuals
Video Editing - take your own ideas and the ideas of the team, provided to you in the
form of ad copy, and then turn them into compelling videos
Weekly Meetings - work together with your manager to refine, create and expand on
existing ideas.

Management of Assets Created - you will be required to closely manager a Google Drive
and Monday workflow to make sure that your creatives are received, used and feedback
is provided
