Job Description
As an Amazon Marketing Specialist in our dynamic team, you'll have a pivotal role in both the Amazon Creator Connections program and our innovative Amazon email campaigns. Your work will extend to influencer collaboration and driving engagement on social platforms like Pinterest.
Responsibilities
- Influencer Engagement and Social Media Management:
- Forge and maintain relationships with influencers as part of the Amazon Creator Connections program.
- Coordinate the distribution and tracking of product samples to influencers.
- Monitor and document influencer posts, aligning them with our marketing strategies.
-Create and post organic Pinterest pins linked to Amazon attribution links, increasing our social media presence and driving traffic to Amazon listings.
Amazon Creator Connections Program Leadership:
- Lead the integration and optimization of the program, enhancing partnerships with influencers and associates.
- Develop strategies to involve various brands in the program, maximizing partnership potentials.
Collaboration with Email Marketing Team:
- Liaise with the email marketing team to identify Amazon deals and craft targeted email campaigns.
- Manage Amazon attribution links for email campaigns, ensuring efficient tracking and reporting.
- Provide detailed weekly reports on the performance and impact of these campaigns.
Amazon Email Campaigns:
- Develop and execute engaging email marketing strategies to promote Amazon products and offers.
- Analyze campaign data to refine strategies and improve overall effectiveness.
- Partner with creative teams for compelling email content and visuals.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Regularly conduct comprehensive business reporting and analysis.
- Keep track of KPIs to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Implement and manage promotional campaigns and growth strategies.
Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in affiliate marketing, particularly within Amazon’s ecosystem.
- Strong skills in influencer engagement and social media management, especially on platforms like Pinterest.
- Proficient in email marketing strategies and tools.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Ability to work in the PST time zone.
