You'll use your knowledge and skills to help the team build a modern, customizable web-based application offering extensive reporting capabilities for seamless payroll management and HR process support.

Is that you?

• Good understanding of Scrum framework, Scrum events, and facilitation techniques
• Good theoretical knowledge of BA methodology and tools, including working with non-functional requirements (NFRs)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical skills (the ability to write business requirements and translate them into technical tasks; effective task prioritization)
• Upper-Intermediate+ English level
• Experience working and communicating with key stakeholders in English

Desirable:

• Technical background
• Basic knowledge of OOP principles
• Basic knowledge of DB Management principles
• Understanding of Release Management practices with feature flags

Key responsibilities and your contribution

This position combines the roles of a Business Analyst and Scrum Master. You’ll serve as a key link between project stakeholders and the technical team, helping optimize processes, facilitate efficient communication and collaboration, and ensure comprehensive documentation management.

• Analyze and document business requirements, manage technical backlog
• Help enhance system performance through the analysis of technical backlog items and non-functional requirements (NFRs)
• Participate in Scrum events and facilitate these as needed
• Communicate closely with stakeholders and Product Owner
• Visualize workflows using UML Diagrams (e.g., ERD, Class, Data Flow)
• Provide support to the team by optimizing processes and handling project-related documentation
