Dynamics Data Developer

This role specializes in design, development, and maintenance of solutions within the Dynamics 365 platform. He/she is skilled in data processing, data modelling and data manipulation routines.

Requirements

• Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and views to efficiently manipulate data within the Dynamics 365 platform.
• Implement data manipulation in the cloud using APIs and tools such as SSIS (e.g., Kingsway Soft) to seamlessly integrate and transfer data.
• Customize entity relationships, forms, fields, and other Dynamics 365 components to align with business requirements.
• Design and create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to provide insights and facilitate data-driven decision-making.
• Partners with SBA BI Team in the design, implementation, and maintenance of data processing workflows and analytical solutions.
• Understand reporting requirements and translate them into CRM-based solutions.
• Ensure work gets done on a timely basis and with high quality.
• Follows industry standards and best practices

Required Skills amp; Experience:

• Demonstrated expertise in configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 Customer Service/Sales Enterprise modules.
• Experience developing and optimizing SQL queries, stored procedures, and views for efficient data retrieval and manipulation.
• Ensure data integrity and security through effective database management practices.
• Utilize cloud-based data manipulation techniques, including API integration and SSIS tools such as Kingsway Soft.
• Expertise in defining and managing entity relationships within Dynamics 365.
• Being capable of customizing and configuring forms, fields, and other entities to align with organizational needs and improve user experience.
• Experience developing and maintaining reports and dashboards within Dynamics 365.
• Well-versed in source control using Azure DevOps for versioning and tracking changes to the Dynamics 365 configurations and customizations.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
• Upper intermediate English level, good verbal and written communications skills.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customization and Configuration.
• Certification in Power Platform or related technologies.
