Everyworld, an Everyrealm portfolio company, is looking for a Community Manager.

Everyworld is a web3 rewarded ads protocol built using a new economic model of dual incentivization.

What you'll do:

• Manage the community in Argentina, both online on social media channels like Discord and X, and in-person at events, meetups, meetings with local partners.
• Organize and coordinate online community events online on Discord and in-person.
• Manage and moderate community sentiment on Discord and help build a healthy, engaged, spirited community.
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement an effective communications strategy based on our target audience.
• Identify local brand and media partners.
• Respond to media inquiries for the organization in Argentina.
• Seek opportunities to enhance the reputation of the brand, and coordinate publicity events as required.
• Maintain records of local media coverage and collate analytics and metrics.
• Manage the logistics for targeted press events to support launches, brand moments, events, etc.

• Protect the community from bots, scams and other malicious actors.
• Constantly learn, research, and experiment with new community building ideas.
• Manage governance and solicit feedback on new community proposals.
• Monitor and highlight insights within our community that can be helpful to our product and engineering teams.
• Measure and report on the success of community growth and engagement initiatives with qualitative and quantitative data.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in a community manager role.
• You have direct experience managing Discord with over 5K members
• You have experience organizing in-person events or meet-ups
• You know how to manage large audiences and grow online communities.
• You have business development experience with brands in Argentina.
• You are able to support the development of forward-thinking, custom communication strategies that appropriately position Everyrealm in the media marketplace and execute those strategies.
• You have knowledge and experience detecting and mitigating spam and other online vulnerabilities

• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills in English and spanish.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Proficient in content management systems and social media platforms such as Discord and X .
• You are active in the crypto community and have a Twitter following or similar social media presence.
• You have a working knowledge of blockchain, Web3, crypto, consumer, and gaming spaces, including crypto-specific language and meme culture.
