We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Business Analyst (BA) to join our dynamic design team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our clients' requirements and our design solutions. Your expertise will be critical in ensuring that our design projects are aligned with business goals, user needs, and industry best practices.
Some responsibilities include:
- Stakeholder Management / Understanding of Stakeholder Needs: need to understand the business goals, user needs, and constraints to ensure the design meets these requirements.
- Requirement Documentation: create detailed specs that serve as a basis for design work
- Collaborating with Designers: collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to translate functional requirements into design specifications, provide designers with the necessary context about user needs and business goals to inform the design process effectively.
- Prototyping
- Change Management: manage changes to the design requirements, assess the impact of requested changes, communicate these changes to the design team, and update documentation accordingly.
- Good Communication Skills: act as intermediaries between stakeholders, designers, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Manage Product Backlog / Roadmap
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Understanding of UX/UI design principles and processes is a plus.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role for design teams or projects
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proficient in using business analysis tools and techniques, such as data modeling and process mapping
