Responsibilities- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
- Analyze and evaluate existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and improve operations
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify market trends and potential opportunities
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams to ensure project success
- Conduct rigorous testing and quality assurance to ensure solutions meet business requirements
- Provide expertise and guidance to junior analysts and stakeholders to promote best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in english
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proficient in using business analysis tools and techniques, such as data modeling and process mapping
