This person will be a key member of the IMS Finance South Cluster team, reporting to the Regional Credit and Collections Manager. The main responsibility of the Analyst is to ensure the optimal functioning of the activities related to Collections and credit analysis, with a proactive attitude to support the billing team. This function is critical to ensure that the Finance area provides a high level of service to all the business units, continually striving to improve efficiency and processes involved.Main Responsibilities:
- Operational focus on collection tasks: This includes dealing with clients, reconciling accounts with clients, conducting collections with customers, negotiating, and creating payment plans.
- Responsibility for Cash application tasks: responsible for applying payments in the Current Account accurately.
- Analysis of customer credit profiles: assess and analyze the credit profiles of customers to make informed decisions related to credit and collections.
- Providing treasury-related information for monthly reports: assist in preparing and providing relevant treasury-related data for monthly reports.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the area of Collections and Treasury.
- Proficiency with commonly used presentation and spreadsheet tools, mainly Excel.
- Results-oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Proactive attitude and ability to work well in a team.
- Demonstrate a high level of integrity and possess organizational skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication with internal staff and external colleagues.
