- Collaborate with Compliance Contrast's CISO organization, Customer Success, Legal, Engineering, Human Resources, and other internal stakeholders to continuously improve upon a comprehensiveprivacyprogram consistent with relevant laws and regulations, including but not limited to the GeneralDataProtection Regulation (including GDPR-UK), CaliforniaPrivacyAct, and maturing operations in Asia
- Manage, in partnership with Compliance, the implementation of agreed-uponPrivacypolicies and processes
- Partner with Compliance to communicate the company’s policies and procedures to employees and business partners through training and awareness activities
- Implementprivacyprogram risk assessments and work with internal resources on mitigation and remediation plans
- Collaborate with businesses to ensure that any newprivacyrequirements are considered during the design phase of new technology and/or products, marketing, and service initiatives
- Prepare and present clear, accurate, and timely communication and reports onprivacyrisks, metrics, andprivacy-related compliance activities
- Liaise with Compliance as to critical topics for internal communications and keep a regular schedule ofprivacycontent for awareness and improvement
- ConductDataImpact Assessments/refreshes as needed
Qualifications
- 3 - 5 years experience in the management ofdataprivacywithin a global company
- Knowledge of globalprivacylaws, regulations, and best practices (Canada, Europe, Israel, Japan, U.K, and the U.S)
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems in creative, efficient, and cost-effective ways and through strategic prioritization of competing interests
- Ability to develop professional presentations, reports, and business correspondence
- An ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
- An ability to work collaboratively and successfully in cross-functional and cross-cultural teams
- Knowledge of standards, laws, and regulatory environment and the impact these have on the administration of an effectivedataprivacycompliance program
- A strong reputation for integrity and ethics
- Ability to respond eectively and discretely to sensitive inquiries or complaints, including, but not limited to, a thorough understanding of GDPR in general andDataSubject requests in particular
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently with a high level of initiative
- Demonstrated ability to manage, in partnership with compliance, a detailedDataPrivacyprogram
- Experience with using a GRC tool

This position is also eligible for a VCP and equity package subject to the terms of the Company’s applicable plans.
