Position : Sales and Outreach Coordinator
Work Hours : 9AM - 6PM EST
Holidays : Local Holidays
Salary : 800-1500 USD/month

We seek a resourceful and internet-savvy Sales and Outreach Coordinator to join our client’s team. You will be vital in expanding our sales efforts and reaching potential customers, specifically focusing on the surfing market.
Your agility, ability to use social media effectively, and organizational skills will contribute to the success of our sales and outreach initiatives.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage and create engaging content for social media platforms.
- Develop marketing materials and advertisements.
- Conduct outreach to investors, journalists, surf leaders, and online communities.
- Identify and evaluate potential customers, generating business opportunities.
- Support sales and outreach efforts in the USA.
- Schedule appointments, follow up on leads, and track progress.
- Research and arrange calls with surfers and real estate enthusiasts.
- Collaborate with the sales team to reach targets.
- Utilize CRM software for lead management.
- Stay updated on market trends and competition.
- Provide regular sales reports to management.
Requirements
- Good English communication skills.
- 2+ years of experience as a Sales Development Representative and as a high-level executive assistant.
- Proficiency in conducting research to find people and services.
- Quick learner with strong computer skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and organizational tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel for organization and basic numerical analysis.
- Experience with ChatGPT (Nice to have).
