The principal purpose of a Global Mobility Client Relationship Manager is to strategically manage and grow a portfolio of Global Mobility partners using Learnlight’s language and intercultural services. This role is the connection between various internal and external teams and leads efforts to maintain their client’s satisfaction with Learnlight services. An ideal candidate must demonstrate strong knowledge of Learnlight’s services and solutions and identify how these can help meet the challenges our Mobility partners and their clients face.

Responsibilities

Relationship Management

  • Maintain and enhance existing regional/ global client relationships and swiftly establish personal relationships with new client contacts to ensure the achievement of client and company goals.
  • Foster and maintain positive relationships with internal departments to resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively, and to respond to client requests for reporting, billing, etc.
  • Compile, analyze and interpret data to monitor client performance related to service delivery, revenue, cost, and billing; Create internal client reporting and ensure compliance with contractual agreements.
  • Work with supervisor and team to continuously develop overall performance, effectively utilizing team resources and implementing improvements to drive productivity and revenue.
  • Manage projects including client training, operations team training and client presentations.
  • Create an environment that fosters team effectiveness and cooperation.

Business Development

  • Identify, develop and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities to meet growth targets.
  • Ensure all business opportunities are maximized through proper and timely follow up, tracking, and looking for creative approaches to client needs.
  • Design programs and proposals by selecting the best solutions according to the client's budget and challenges.
  • Develop and implement specific strategies, (in conjunction with his/her direct boss), to achieve service excellence.

Requirements

  • This role is suitable for a highly organized professional with excellent communication skills. You’ll be confident in building collaborative relationships, listening to client needs and developing solutions.
  • Minimum C2 level of English required.
  • 3+ years developing successful client relationships through excellent customer service skills required.
  • 3-5 years’ experience within Global Mobility industry required
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics preferred
