What Will You Do?

  • effectively lead and manage the Branch,perform organizational and supervisory functions
  • act as the face of the company for the local client base in the city/country in question
  • create trust between the company and local clients,who prefer to do business face to face, or at a minimum, need to see company representatives in person before making a decision to do business online
  • in addition to organizing all work pertaining to operating the Branch,the Director may need to personally engage in sales/relationship management activities with Key VIP clients of the branch,as needed

Key Responsibilities

  • provide overall leadership to the Branch and perform related regulatory and supervisory functions.Plan activities of sales people (Analyst Consultants and Client Managers/Relationship Managers) and operate the Branch,in accordance with the business objectives of the company
  • interact with regulatory bodies such as the police and tax authorities.As needed (on a one-off basis),directly interact with high value/VIP clients,as required by the initial/secondary sales processes
  • oversee the staff performance as defined in their job descriptions
  • implement the client retention processes, as finalized by Sales Development, and communicate any future changes to the sales process made by Sales Development to Branch employees
  • collect, filter, summarize, and communicate feedback from employees,their requests for additional resources/process changes,as well as service desk requests to the direct supervisor
  • responsible for compliance with the law on work safety standards in the Branch.Ultimately responsible for the condition of the office,machinery,furniture,equipment,and any other hardware necessary to ensure seamless branch operations. While Branch Director will rely on other departments like IT and Operations to execute maintenance requests, failure of other departments to comply with said requests must be escalated immediately to the direct Supervisor
  • analyze branch effectiveness on an ongoing basis.Take measurements to benchmark branch performance.Constantly measure performance against established KPIs,and make adjustments as necessary to ensure KPIs are fully met
  • prepare and maintain corporate reporting documentation concerning Branch activity
  • responsible for initial and continuing education of the workforce to ensure a highly qualified staff at all times.Analyze and develop a system of personnel motivation to ensure that staff morale is high at all times
  • perform other duties in accordance with ongoing regulations issued by the company
  • conduct his/her behavior in strict accordance with established company standards,under the provisions of the corporate culture
  • identify and train his/her replacement,if the need arises for someone to take over the responsibilities
  • provide constant feedback to employees concerning their performance,including formal quarterly reviews
  • responsible for daily ongoing call reviews with all Branch employees

    Additional Skills Preferred
  • familiarity with accounting and budgeting rules
  • ability to draw up business plans

Requirements

  • minimum of 2 years sales experience in a Forex-related organisation
  • personal experience of trading on Forex,CFD`s or stock market
  • experience in personnel management
  • fluent English and Spanish
  • knowledge of Chart Technical Analysis tools and fundamental Analysis experience
  • confidence and experience in public speaking
  • knowledge of laws and regulations governing financial institutions in Argentina</
