ChatGPT / AI Consultant (Part Time)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ChatGPT Consultant. As a ChatGPT Consultant, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our internal operations through the utilization of ChatGPT. Your expertise in NLP, conversational AI, and marketing strategy will be instrumental in driving innovation and improving our agency's efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal teams to identify areas where ChatGPT can optimize processes, enhance productivity, and streamline operations.
• Provide strategic guidance and recommendations on effectively integrating ChatGPT within our internal workflows and systems.
• Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify opportunities for utilizing ChatGPT to improve internal communication, knowledge management, and information retrieval.
• Develop and refine conversational scripts and templates for internal use, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with our agency's objectives.
• Train and fine-tune the ChatGPT model to ensure it delivers contextually appropriate and valuable responses for internal inquiries and support requests.
• Test and evaluate the performance of ChatGPT in various internal scenarios, making adjustments and refinements to optimize its effectiveness.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements and best practices in NLP, conversational AI, and marketing technology, applying this knowledge to enhance internal operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience working with NLP and conversational AI technologies, particularly with GPT-based models such as ChatGPT.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies, with experience in optimizing internal processes and workflows.
• Familiarity with ML techniques and frameworks used in NLP, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and experience with NLP libraries (e.g., NLTK, spaCy) and conversational AI platforms.
