Role Description:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to comprehend and translate animation requirements and storylines.
• Develop and present initial design drafts to clients, refining based on feedback.
• Construct storyboards to guide the early stages of production, ensuring alignment with project vision.
• Create models, drawings, and illustrations, both manually and digitally, adhering to the project's aesthetic guidelines.
• Seamlessly integrate images with background graphics and special effects to enrich the visual narrative.
• Ensure meticulous synchronization of frames and audio for a smooth, cohesive final product.
• Actively participate in the editing process, providing creative and technical input.
• Lead and guide the work of design assistants, fostering a supportive and productive environment.
• Collaborate effectively with the production crew, including designers, directors, and other key personnel

Requirements

• Proven experience as an animator in a professional setting.
• Comprehensive knowledge of 2D/3D, motion, and computer-generated animation.
• Prior experience in project management and the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
• Proficiency in major animation software such as AfterEffects, Cinema 4D, 3ds Max, Maya, etc.
• Ability to weave a captivating narrative, coupled with strong presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure, meeting tight deadlines and budget constraints.
• Exemplary teamwork skills and outstanding communication abilities.
• Degree in Animation, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is a plus.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of animation techniques and styles.
