Submit your CV in English, and we’ll get back to you!We invite a skilled Azure DevOps Engineer to join our team and work with Xenial, a recognized leader in the Point of Sale domain with over 100,000 installations globally. Your key responsibilities will include collaborating with the Devs and Ops teams to improve and maintain the existing Azure environment and streamline the workflows while also enhancing system performance and scalability and ensuring robust security measures.

Is that you?

• Extensive commercial DevOps experience; good knowledge of Azure Cloud and related services
• Strong expertise in Windows and Azure SQL Services
• Excellent knowledge of CI/CD methodologies; experience in building CI/CD processes
• Hands-on familiarity with monitoring and logging systems
• Proven ability to write IaC using Terraform
• Knowledge of Git and Jira
• Upper-Intermediate English level
• Ability to effectively communicate and coordinate with security teams to address any security concerns
• Demonstrated autonomy, proactivity, good problem-solving skills, and a methodical mindset

Desirable:

• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker
• Elasticsearch knowledge
• Experience with AWS

Key responsibilities and your contribution

In this role, you’ll be given the opportunity to take the lead in managing and maintaining one of our client’s Azure environments, demonstrating great autonomy and expertise while operating within a well-structured ticket-based system.

• Collaborate with the Ops and Dev teams to identify and resolve issues or vulnerabilities that could affect the system's security, performance, or functionality
• Take proactive steps in identifying and addressing any single points of failure (SPoF)
• Redesign and implement the access management framework of the Azure environment and its resources, ensuring secure and streamlined access for the teams
• Codify existing IaaS and PaaS components within the Azure environment into IaC using Terraform
• Implement logging for platform and security activities to enhance visibility and monitoring
• Take a lead role in standardizing Azure workloads; help set up best practices and ensure consistency
