Job Description

If you are a passionate Business Analyst looking to join a Customer Experience Agency that boosts digital experiences through technology for multinational companies worldwide, this is an amazing opportunity for you!
The challenge:
- Provide support and guidance to the development team throughout the sprint and product lifecycle.
- Participate in daily Scrum team meetings to ensure that the work is progressing as planned and to identify and resolve roadblocks.
- Collaborate with the Product Owner and development team in defining, prioritizing, and refining the product backlog, to ensure that the product requirements are clear and achievable.
- Write complete and concise user stories, including all necessary implementation details.
- Help define and write acceptance criteria for user stories and ensure they are understood and met by the development team.
Requirements
- Previous experience working as a Business Analyst for software companies.
- Previous experience with Scrum methodology.
- Excellent understanding of the software development process and life cycle.
- Experience working with e-commerce platforms is a plus.
- Language proficiency English: Business Level
